Depression is really common and most of us know someone who is suffering with depression. You might even have some level of depression yourself.

We know that when we eat whole foods and our gut is in balance, it creates chemical reactions in the brain that make us feel good.
The same goes when we eat processed foods – the chemical reactions make us feel bad.
